Adams 205, a division FAC catering, is a comprehensive event & party planning service. Everything from floral designs to custom menu development, staffing to venue management & rental procurement can be arranged by knowledgeable professionals. And since this capable group works together daily, there is a continuity that puts the client at ease & assures an event is well organized, start to finish.  

Menu

Every event is recognized as being individual. Consequently, each catering menu is created especially for every client & their guests. The culinary coordinator takes great care to present menu ideas for each individual event… client-driven menu, not a pre-selected food menu…

Staff

All Adams 205 staff members are professional, friendly & courteous. They make guests feel at ease & strive to assure their experience, while attending the event, is a pleasant one. All bartenders, if needed, are TABC trained & licensed.  

Flowers

Only the freshest flowers available are used in arrangements created by VLS Designs. Vicki Smith, a professionally trained member of the Texas State Florists Association creates beautiful florals for all events as well as Adams 205 events. Beautiful, lush arrangements are custom made by the floral designer to enhance the ambiance of the event. Bridal bouquets, boutonnières, bridesmaid bouquets & flower girl head pieces are also available.
