Mini Gulf Coast Shrimp Cakes with Cilantro Remoulade
an FAC original made with shrimp, a touch of onion, jalapeno & pimiento; sealed with panko brad crumbs for a crisp crunchy coating. 
The remoulade has a cilantro twist that compliments the tastes of the shrimp cake; each cake is 1.75 oz.

Virginia Ham & Smoked Turkey Breast Mini Sandwiches
platters of thinly sliced Virginia ham & smoked turkey breast served with European assortment of rolls (plain, poppy seed, ses seed & dark rye);
guests can build their own sandwich with dijon mustard, jezebel sauce & mayonnaise           

Tri-Color Tortellini in Pesto
a warm appetizer; beautiful tri-color cheese tortellini are offered in a light pesto & olive oil sauce;
parmesan cheese will be offered to sprinkle over their tortellini if desired.
Bite-Sized Meatballs Simmered in a Caribbean Sauce
another warm, heartier choice; tender meatballs are slow simmered in our own Caribbean Sauce
(similar to a barbecue sauce; made with 3 different peppers)

Cheese & Fruit Display
a multi-level cheese display surrounded by fresh seasonal fruit & assorted crackers. 
With a culinary artist on staff,the sides of cheeses will be intricatelycarved with flowers & foliage, making this an outstanding display
